Hi Richard, 
 
The bill just instructs our office to allocate and distribute the funds from the state general fund to county 
recorders.  Since the bill is very vague, I recommend you contact your legal and/or procurement department 
for guidance on allowable services/purchases. 
 
Our office does not have any reporting requirements per the law, but we do recommend you keep all records 
regarding expenditures in case others in the State may request documentation.
