Extension Justification
1. Provide a detailed justification and explanation 
for extending the period of performance.  
Full funds for this position were not requested in the most 
recent grant cycle as the previous years funds had not 
been spent. MCSO reduced our application for the new 
grant contingent on an extension of spending these 
remaining funds in conjunction with the reduced request. 
MCSO is requesting an extension until 9/30/2024.
