Attachment 5 CITY OF CHANDLER NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND THE CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposed amendments to the Citywide Fee Schedule, for the Cultural Development, Police and Community Services Departments, as well as fee adjustments for the Public Works & Utilities Solid Waste Division fees, are hereby posted and will be reviewed, discussed, and action taken at the regular meeting of the Chandler City Council held in the Council Chambers, 88 East Chicago Street, 6:00 pm M.S.T., Thursday, February 26, 2026. These proposed fee adjustments would be effective March 2, 2026. A copy of the document supporting the proposed new and modified fees is available in the office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website.
