Legal Advice; Contracts--executive session pursuant to A.R.S. Sections 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4)
- Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice to consider its position and
instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the
subject of negotiations relating to the Franchise Agreement with Arizona Public Service (APS).
Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Poston moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the
Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Hawkins.
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
