In October 2025, three (3) households made three (3) reports regarding aircraft activity. All three (3) reports were for noise. One (1) household is a repeat residence. Meeting Date: December 10, 2025 Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Household #1 reported a loud early morning aircraft over the residence. Flight tracking data revealed a CHD based aircraft departing from the airport and was climbing to altitude and appeared to be operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations Household #2 reported multiple loud helicopters over the residence and asked to have them fly higher. Flight tracking for the previous seven (7) days revealed that helicopters in proximity to the residential area were 500 feet and above. Spoke with resident regarding horizontal separation of helicopters and fixed-winged aircraft. Household #3 reported an increase in helicopter overflights that were making noise. Flight tracking data revealed for the previous seven (7) days that all helicopters were at or above regulatory altitudes. Meeting Date: December 10, 2025
