In November 2025, seven (7) households made seven (7) reports regarding aircraft activity. Five (5) reports were for noise. One (1) report was for a low-flying aircraft. One (1) report was about traffic. Two (2) of the seven (7) households were repeat residences. Meeting Date: February 1, 2026 Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Household #1 reported an aircraft had been circling the residence all day and late into the evening. Flight tracking revealed that the aircraft was one of many similarly painted training aircraft that was conducting pattern work from the north runway throughout the day. All aircraft were at or above regulatory altitude. Household #2 reported a loud early morning aircraft over the residence. Flight tracking data revealed a CHD based aircraft departing from the airport and was climbing to altitude and appeared to be operating in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations Household #3 and Household #4 reported a loud and low-flying helicopter had been circling the neighborhood for over 30 minutes late in the evening. Flight tracking revealed that the Mesa Police helicopter was orbiting the area while assisting Chandler Police with a law enforcement situation. Household #5 reported increased aircraft traffic over the neighborhood. Flight tracking data revealed that the residence is under the traffic pattern for the north runway and the aircraft in encountered were at or above regulatory altitudes for pattern work. Household #6 reported a fast-moving and low-flying helicopter early in the morning. Flight tracking data revealed a medical helicopter enroute to Chandler Regional Hospital. Household #7, which is in Gold Canyon, reported an aircraft doing circles around the community and making noise. The aircraft is a CHD based flight training aircraft. Flight tracking data revealed the aircraft orbiting a portion of the Gold Canyon community and was above regulatory altitude. After conducting follow-up with the flight school, it was discovered that the student pilot (who is a Gold Canyon resident) was showing his flight instructor his residence and taking aerial photographs of the house.
