In December 2025, six (6) households made eight (8) reports regarding aircraft activity. All eight (8) reports were for noise. Three (3) of households were repeat residences. Meeting Date: February 1, 2026 Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Household #1 reported constant loud aircraft circling the residence late into the evening. Flight tracking revealed that all aircraft were at or above regulatory altitude. Household #2 reported a loud race car noise into the night and inquired if the runways are used for drag-racing. Residents were called and assured that CHD runways are only used for aircraft. Household #3 made three separate reports of loud aircraft at night or very early in the morning. Flight tracking data revealed all aircraft identified were at or well above regulatory altitudes and appeared to be operated in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Household #4, which is in the Town of Gilbert, reported loud airplane repeatedly flying over the residence at night. Flight tracking data revealed that a Falcon Field-based flight training aircraft was at regulatory altitudes while conducting pattern work. Household #5, which is in Gold Canyon, reported a loud aircraft conducting flight training over the community. Flight tracking data revealed that transient aircraft had stopped at CHD for fuel while enroute to Wyoming. The aircraft was well above regulatory altitude when in proximity to this residence. Household #6 reported increased aircraft traffic over the neighborhood. Flight tracking data revealed that the residence is under the traffic pattern for the north runway and the aircraft in encountered were at or above regulatory altitudes for patten work. Household #7, which is in Gold Canyon, reported an aircraft doing circles around the community and making noise. The aircraft is a CHD-based flight training aircraft. Flight tracking data revealed the aircraft orbiting a portion of the Gold Canyon community and was above regulatory altitude. After conducting follow-up with the flight school, it was discovered that the student pilot (who is a Gold Canyon resident) was showing his flight instructor his residence and taking aerial photographs of the house.
