In January 2026, three (3) households made four (4) reports regarding aircraft activity. Three (4) reports were for noise. Two (2) of the three (3) households were repeat residences. Meeting Date: February 1, 2026 Previous Caller (Daytime) Previous Caller (Nighttime) New Caller (Daytime) New Caller (Nighttime) Household #1 made two (2) separate reports of loud aircraft at night or very early in the morning. Flight tracking data revealed all aircraft identified were at or well above regulatory altitudes and appeared to be operated in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Household #2, which is in Gold Canyon, reported a loud aircraft over the community. Flight tracking data revealed that transient aircraft had stopped at CHD for fuel while enroute to Safford. The aircraft was well above regulatory altitude when in proximity to this residence. Household #3 reported an increase in the number of loud propeller aircraft in the last three months. The residence is near the traffic pattern for the north runway. Flight tracking data for the proceeding month revealed that aircraft in the traffic pattern were at or near regulatory altitudes. Additionally, operational statistics from the flight tracking system revealed no significant increase in aircraft operations for the same three-month period in the proceeding years.
