Legal Advice; Real Property--A.R.S. Sections 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(7) - Discussion and 
consultation with legal counsel for legal advice with designated representatives of the city in 
order to consider the City Council’s position and receive instruction regarding negotiations for 
the sale of 2.0 acres located at the northeast corner of Alma School Road and Ray Road. 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Harris moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Poston.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
