(“Avnet”) respectfully submits this formal notice to the City of Chandler regarding our intent to establish manufacturing operations under Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) procedures at our facility located at 6700 W. Morelos Place, Chandler, AZ 85226, within Maricopa County, Arizona. This initiative will be conducted in collaboration with the Grantee of FTZ No. 75, the City of Phoenix. To support this effort, we have enclosed Exhibit “A”, which includes detailed property information and a site map. Our goal is to obtain FTZ designation for the Chandler facility and operate under zone procedures that will enhance our manufacturing and distribution capabilities. These procedures will support the specialized production and distribution of electronic and technology solutions, while also improving our international competitiveness through administrative and customs cost savings and global supply chain efficiencies.
