To Whom It May Concern:

I, Nora Murillo, owner of parcel number 104-82-007D in Laveen, Arizona, received
your letter regarding the purchase of adjacent land parcel 104-82-006.

I have several concerns regarding an offer to purchase (other than a current
property owner).

They are: 1) what the land will be used for since it has limited use due to the
size;

2) will it jeapordize the use of irrigation water currently available. I would have
to cross over the property in order to reach the irrigation ditch;

3) future offers by purchaser to sell back to property owners for an outrageous
amount.

4) I am currently beginning the process to develope my parcel to build a home. I
would like to have the ability to acquire the adjacent land in order to develop it
to include this land as well (with access to irrigation water).

5) An investor purchase which does not serve a purpose other to make a profit.
