To Whom it may concern,

We are writing to you to state our concerns with the sale of parcel 104-82-006. If this parcel is sold to any individual(s)
other than a property owner(s) it

will cut off access to the irrigation ditch located 30 feet behind our property line. This will impact every property owner
that this parcel is currently adjacent

as we all use this ditch to irrigate our acres. This could also create a financial hardship on our families along with the loss
of our trees, plants, and
animals.

The other concern is that we believe this individual(s) is/are trying to purchase this parcel for personal financial gain by
trying to sell this parcel to every
property owner this parcel is adjacent to once acquired.

We and our other 7 property owners are placing a bid to keep this parcel between us.
