1. Approval of Minutes of the Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee Regular Meeting of 
August 26, 2025. 
• Chandler Museum Foundation (CMF) Board Member Joshua Askey made a motion to 
approve the meeting minutes of the Museum Foundation Finance Subcommittee 
Meeting of August 26, 2025. 
• Chandler Museum Foundation Board Member Jacki Ryan seconded the motion. 
Motion carried unanimously (3-0). 
• The minutes were approved as approved.

Briefing 
2. Review Expenses and Revenues of the October 4th fundraising event  
• Museum Manager, Jody Crago presented a spreadsheet of the expenses and 
revenues from the October 4th fundraising event. 
i. The presented spreadsheets excluded a final budget for part-time staff 
3. Review Private Donor Offer 
• Mr. Crago shared that an anonymous private donor reached out to the Chandler 
Museum Foundation wanting to help fund a virtual rendering of an unbuilt Frank 
Lloyd Wright building for the Frank Lloyd Wright exhibition that the Chandler 
Museum is planning to open in Fiscal Year 2028. 
i. The rendering would be completed by Skyline Ink, a company that specializes 
in photorealistic 3D video rendering of buildings that no longer or have never 
existed. 
ii. Mr. Crago shared a few examples of renderings that the company has 
previously created. 
iii. The donor is willing to contribute a $10,000 restricted donation to fund one 
rendering of the San Marcos of the Desert unbuilt Frank Lloyd Wright design. 
• Mr. Askey asked about who would own the rights of the rendering after its creation 
and if the Chandler Museum would be able to show it freely. 
i. Mr. Crago will look into this and provide an answer at a later meeting. 
• Mr. Askey asked if the Chandler Museum would need to lease or somehow receive 
permission to use the rights to the building from the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. 
i. Mr. Crago will look into this and provide an answer at a later meeting. He and 
other Chandler Museum staff will be meeting with staff from the Frank Lloyd 
Wright Foundation within a week of this meeting

1. Mr. Crago announced that the Chandler Museum has hired a new Management Assistant, 
who will start work in December
