Personnel Matters--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(1) and (A)(4) - Discussion and consideration
regarding appointment of Acting City Attorney and/or discussion or consultation with the
attorneys for legal advice regarding recruitment of City Attorney and potential contracts for
recruitment of candidates for the same.
Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Hawkins moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the
Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Harris.
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
