HOME Housing Activities: 
 
COC Housing and Redevelopment – Tenant-Based Rental Assistance 
Recommendation: 
$386,715 
 
Funding to continue to provide a Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program for 25 
individuals or family households experiencing homelessness in Chandler. HOME TBRA funds 
will be used for direct housing assistance for a period of up to 24 months per household. TBRA 
participants will also receive individualized case management and supportive services to 
promote housing stability.
