Approval of Minutes 
Move Public Housing Authority Commission approve the Public Housing Authority 
Commission Regular Meeting minutes of February 2, 2026.

Purchase of Public Housing Plumbing Services 
Move City Council approve Agreement No. HO6-914-5039, with Midstate Mechanical, LLC, 
and P.M. Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc., for Public Housing plumbing services, in a combined 
amount not to exceed $125,000, for a one-year period, April 1, 2026, through March 31, 
2027, with the option of up to four additional one-year extensions.

Consent Agenda Motion and Vote 
Commissioner Orlando moved to approve the Consent Agenda of the March 23, 2026, Regular 
Public Housing Authority Commission Meeting; Seconded by Commissioner Ellis.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (8-0).
