Signage Narrative – Aire by Puro Project Name & Address Aire by Puro 111 W Boston Street Chandler, AZ 85225 Scope of Work / What is Being Proposed This proposal includes the installation of two (2) illuminated building identification signs for Aire by Puro. Each sign consists of individual pan channel letters with logo elements spelling “AIRE by PURO.” The signage is intended to provide clear identification for the rooftop establishment and enhance visibility for surrounding properties, nearby streets, and pedestrian viewpoints. The signs will be internally illuminated with LED lighting to ensure visibility during evening and nighttime hours while maintaining a refined daytime appearance. Colors & Materials The proposed signage utilizes durable, high-quality materials designed for exterior rooftop conditions: • .085 aluminum pan channel letters • White acrylic faces • ¾” black trim cap • 3” deep pre-finished black aluminum returns • Internal LED illumination The design incorporates white illuminated faces with black returns and trim, creating a clean and modern aesthetic that complements the building architecture. Proposed Location of Signage The signage will be installed on a rooftop canopy structure associated with the tenant space. One (1) sign will be located on the west elevation of the rooftop canopy and one (1) sign on the south elevation. Each sign will be mounted directly to the canopy framework using welded 2” x 2” brackets to ensure structural integrity and proper alignment. The placement is intended to maximize visibility from adjacent streets and surrounding developments. Additional Information The signage is designed to be architecturally integrated with the rooftop canopy, maintaining a cohesive and unobtrusive appearance. All electrical components will utilize low-voltage wiring and internal transformers for safe and efficient operation. The signs will include proper drainage and ventilation to ensure durability in rooftop conditions. The placement and scale of the signage are intended to enhance wayfinding and business identification without creating visual clutter.
