Thank you for the phone call this morning, I think it was productive. We’re in a bit of a time crunch here 
because the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting is scheduled for May 6. In order to resolve our 
remaining concerns and feel comfortable advancing your client’s case to the city council for approve, I
