CHANDLER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Fiscal Year 2026-27 Election of Officers Election of officers will take place during the Annual CIDA meeting in May. If the election cannot be held at such meeting, it will be held as soon after as possible. During the annual meeting, the board can choose to elect new officers or keep the current officers and forgo the election. In the past, the board has opted to rotate officers, moving one position each year, with Director becoming Treasurer, Treasurer becoming Secretary, Secretary becoming Vice President and Vice President becoming President.
