Set an Executive Session 
1. Contracts, Property--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(7) - Discussion and consultation with 
legal counsel for legal advice and in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives 
regarding a possible amendment to the city's development agreement with One Chandler Owner, 
LLC, which governs the development of approximately 2.8 acres of real property located at the 
southeast corner of Chandler Blvd and Arizona Ave. 
 
2. Legal Advice--A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(3) & (4) - Discussion or consultation with the City 
Attorney in order to consider the city's position and instruct its attorneys regarding the order 
entered March 26, 2026, in the Gila General Stream Adjudication contested case styled In Re Town 
of Huachuca, Contested Case No. W1-11-000245. 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Orlando moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the 
Special Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Ellis.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
