Set an Executive Session 
1. Personnel Matters--A.R.S. § 38-31.03(A)(1) - Discussion and or review of candidates for City 
Attorney.  
 
2. Legal Advice and Security Plans--A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(9) - Discussion or consultation 
with the City Attorney for legal advice and with designated representatives of the city regarding 
security plans, procedures, assessments, measures or systems relating to, or having an impact on, 
the security or safety of buildings, facilities, and operations. 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Ellis moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Orlando.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (6-0), Councilmember Hawkins absent excused.
