We will using GAF SB-120 and GAF Sealer Concentrate. We will do this work for $4.25 / sq ft plus applicable sales taxes. THIS PRICE INCLUDES SPOT REPAIRS FOR DAMAGED AREAS, NOT COMPLETE REMOVAL OF ALL COATING. $170,000.00 Coating on new Concrete We will layout, prep, coat, and seal approximately 4,400 sq ft of existing asphalt. We will using GAF SB-120 and GAF Sealer Concentrate. We will do this work for $4.65 / sq ft plus applicable sales taxes. $20,460.00 Total: $190,460.00 Acceptance THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE CRACK FILLING, CONCRETE REPAIRS, WEEKEND WORK, UNION WAGES, DAVIS BACON WAGES, AND/OR PREMIUM PAY NOT CAUSED BY CREATIVE PAVING. CREATIVE PAVING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CURRENT AND/OR FUTURE CRACKS OR BELOW GRADE MOISTURE. THE SCHEDULE CAN CHANGE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. Any additional square footage will be charged at the same rates as shown above per square foot plus applicable sales taxes. Prices are valid for sixty days from the date of this proposal. Payment will be made as follows: Payments will be due 30 days after invoicing. We offer a 2% discount on any full invoice (without retention deducted) paid within 7 days of invoice date. Invoices not paid within 45 days of invoice date will be subject to a 1.8% finance charge per month. FINAL BILLING WILL BE BASED ON FIELD MEASUREMENTS OF ACTUAL WORK COMPLETED. IF ACTUAL FIELD MEASUREMENTS ARE 10% OR GREATER LESS THAN INITIALLY PROPOSED AN INCREASE IN THE PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT MAY BE REQUIRED. Creative Paving Solutions is not responsible for and will not warranty any damage caused by anyone other than Creative Paving Solutions. Creative Paving Solutions will warranty all labor and material supplied by Creative Paving Solutions for one year from the date of substantial completion of this project.
