Move Public Housing Authority Commission approve the Public Housing Authority
Commission Regular Meeting minutes of April 6, 2026.

Resolution No. HO190, Authorizing the Conversion of 127 North Kingston and 130 North
Hamilton, Chandler, Arizona through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development Rental Assistance Demonstration and Section 18 Disposition Programs
Move Public Housing Authority Commission pass and adopt Resolution No. HO190

authorizing the conversion of 127 North Kingston and 130 North Hamilton, Chandler,
Arizona through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Rental
Assistance Demonstration and Section 18 Disposition Programs; and authorizing the City
Manager or designee to sign all agreements and related documents on behalf of the City of
Chandler and/or the City of Chandler Public Housing Authority.
Consent Agenda Motion and Vote
Commissioner Loring moved to approve the Consent Agenda of the May 4, 2026, Regular Public
Housing Authority Commission Meeting; Seconded by Vice Chair Encinas.
Motion carried unanimously (8-0).
