This notice from Tres Palmas IWDD No. 6 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of 
Directors(s) that is to be held on November 15, 2023. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District 
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and 
appoint Damian Johnson, Jill Ocano, and one vacant position, who is duly qualified for the office of 
Director to which he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as Director(s) will be 
from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
