RE: Maricopa Water District - 2023 Annual Election 
Dear Ms. Garza: 
It has been determined that Maricopa Water District will only have one nominee for the 
Board position of Director at Large, Mr. Henry C. Conklin., and only one nominee for the 
Board position of Director, Division 3, Mr. Mike Etchart. As it stands, both nominated 
individuals currently hold those positions. With that, pursuant to ARS Title 15, Title 48 
or § 16-822, Maricopa Water District hereby requests to be put on the agenda for your 
formal meeting, and asks that our November 14, 2023, annual election be cancelled.
