This notice from Roosevelt Irrigation District serves as a formal request to cancel 
the election of Directors(s) that is to be held on November 14, 2023. 
In 
accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A}, the District seeks approval from the Maricopa 
County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint K. C. 
Gingg and John K. Vanderway who is duly qualified for the office of Director to 
which he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as 
Director(s) will be from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
