Lauren Schumann, Acting Planning Manager Alisa Petterson, Senior Planner Thomas Allen, Assistant City Attorney Danielle Smee, Clerk The Pledge of Allegiance was led by COMISSIONER DUCHARME. Scheduled and Unscheduled Public Appearances Members of the audience may address any item not on the agenda. State Statute prohibits the Board or Commission from discussing an item that is not on the agenda, but the Board or Commission does listen to your concerns and has staff follow up on any questions you raise. Consent Agenda and Discussion 1. June 3, 2026, Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes Move Planning and Zoning Commission approve Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes of the Study Session and Regular meeting held on June 3, 2026. 2. Preliminary Development Plan, Mountain View Estates Housing Move Planning and Zoning Commission recommend approval of Preliminary Development Plan amendment PLH26-0018 Mountain View Estates Housing for housing product to be constructed on a 16-lot single family subdivision located east of the northeast corner of Lindsay and Riggs roads, subject to conditions as recommended by Planning staff. 3. Notice of Cancellation of the July 1, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing Notice of Cancellation of July 1, 2026, Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing as recommended by staff due to no items. Consent Agenda Motion and Vote COMMISSIONER SCHWARZER moved to approve Consent Agenda items 1-3, seconded by COMMISSIONER QUINN. Motion carried unanimously (6-0). Member/Staff Comments and Announcements CHAIR KOSHIOL wished everyone a Happy 4th of July holiday. Calendar The next regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 88 E. Chicago Street, Chandler.
