Discussion 
3. Discussion about the Five-Year Strategic Plan 
Confirm alignment on the pillars working mission, vision, and architectural framework assign 
commissioners to specific pillars; prioritize tasks for staggered work. 
Beginning in July, the working subcommittee will be suspended to allow additional time for 
the Regular Meeting enabling the full Commission to work on the Five-Year Strategic Plan 
Pillars. This will become a standing agenda item for the Regular Meeting.
Member Comments/Announcements 
Commissioner Barin is interested in writing this year’s DV Awareness Proclamation.

4. Next Domestic Violence Commission Regular Meeting will take place on July 8, 2026, at   
9am in the City Council Chambers Conference Room.
Information Items
5. The Subcommittee sunset date will be Action Agenda item for the July 8th Regular Meeting.
