This Release of Easement Interest (“Release”) is made by the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (“District”), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, and is effective as of the date of recordation, RECITALS WHEREAS, the District acquired a permanent easement (“Easement”) over a portion of land in Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 4 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, WHEREAS, an access casement for the District was established by that certain FINAL PLAT OF “PLAYA DEL NORTE?” as recorded in Book 685, Page 32 on May 13, 2004 as Instrument Number 2004-0533042 records of Maricopa County, Arizona (“MCR”) for the benefit of District Parcel known as Parcel N-2600EX-AE. WHEREAS, District has determined that the easement area more particularly described on EXHIBIT “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Easement Area”) is no longer needed for the purposes stated therein and desires to release and extinguish said easement.
