ARIZONA COMMUNITY ACTION ASSOCIATION, OBA WILDFIRE 
The purpose of this memo is to request approval of an add-on item for the December 16, 
2020 Formal Agenda to accept and disburse additional funding in the amount of 
$406,207.75 for emergency utility and rental/mortgage assistance from the Arizona 
Community Action Association, dba Wildfire and extend the contract term to April 30, 2021. 
There is no impact to the General Fund.
