Patrol-Based Operations 
•
Call response support:
o
Assisted 56 major scenes,
o
Initiated 738 priority one calls for service,
o
Recovered 103 firearms; and
o
727 subjects detained.
•
Firearm-related crime detection and response:
o
Analyzed 64,923 Firefly gunshot activations,

Initiated 1,707 gunshot activation calls for service, and

349 bullet casing scenes identified.
•
Collision investigation support:
o
178 collision investigations with evidence.
•
Identification and recovery of stolen vehicles:
o
111 License Plate Reader initiations,
o
212 stolen vehicles recovered; and
o
83 recoveries with suspect/s detained.
•
RTOC served as backup dispatch operations during CrowdStrike outage.
•
Assists patrol by averaging five intel checks per day.
•
Assists patrol with neighboring RTOCs to obtain video and other evidence from
partner agencies.
Crime Suppression Operations 
•
RTOC support of numerous citywide and precinct-based crime suppression
operations to include:
o
Operation Summer Shield,
o
Operation Full Court Press,
o
Summer Youth Program,
o
Light rail/bus stop enforcement; and
o
Precinct crime suppression plans.
•
Supported enforcement operations with the:
o
Neighborhood Enforcement Team,
o
Community Action Team,
o
Bike Squad,

Investigative Assistance 
•
Supported 137 investigative requests for the Violent Crime Bureau.
•
Supports the Crime Gun Investigation Unit through the newly created Casing Recall
Program.
•
Regularly supports Internet Crimes Against Children Joint Task Force operations.
•
Assists the Department of Public Safety (DPS) with collision evidence and fatal
investigations captured by RTOC technology:
o
Six cases of evidence sharing with DPS.
•
Assists Violent Crimes Bureau with intelligence research.
