To abandon a portion of the drainage easement (87-
0267444, S-17100) across Lot 35 of Northwest Industrial 
Airpark Amended II recorded in Book 290, Page 27, 
Maricopa County Recorder. 
 
Purpose of request:  
The applicant states drainage easement is no longer 
required since the drainage culverts to conveying 
stormwater from the east have been removed from service. 
The property owner wants to reclaim the property 
encumbered by the drainage easement to develop his new

PDD Civil Department – Michelle Flores  
 
Civil recommends approval. Existing drainage easement was determined to no longer be necessary as historic 
flows have been eliminated based on the surrounding developments. A G&D plan and Drainage Report (CPGD 
2208053) have been submitted and approved.
