Purpose of request: The applicant states the existing drainage easements shape does not cover the new design improvements. As a result, the drainage easement will be dedicated by separate instrument. 3 City Staff Comments and Recommendations: PDD Civil Reviewer – Roxanne Tapia Recommend approval. PDD Site Planner – Jacob Pretzman Recommend approval. Water Services Dept – Donald Reynolds WSD has NO stipulations for this abandonment. 4 The request of abandonment ABND 240030 is conditionally approved and will be forwarded to Council for formal adoption and recordation.
