The purpose of this memo is to request the correction of the effective date under the
contract term from “beginning on or about Nov. 1, 2020” to “beginning on or about Dec.
4, 2020.” The updated contract term will state “the contract term is five years, beginning
on or about Dec. 1, 2020, with no options to extend.
