The applicant states the abandonment will 
allow for the construction of an outdoor bar 
to be constructed in the existing drainage 
easement area.

City Staff Comments and Recommendations: 
 
PDD Civil Reviewer – BreAnne Ritcher 
There is no City of Phoenix infrastructure in the drainage easement. The easement is to take on 
flows to the existing lake and the lake’s capacity is staying the same for the project. Lastly, the 
easement portion that is being abandoned does not affect flows.   
 
Water Services Department – Donald Reynolds 
WSD has no stipulations for this abandonment of the drainage easement only. All easements 
must remain. 
 
PDD Site Planner – Dru Maynus 
Recommend Approval.
