The purpose of this memo is to provide recommendations for appointments to the 
following Boards and Commissions: 
 
Deferred Compensation & Post Employment Health Plan Boards 
 
I and City Manager Ed Zuercher recommend the following individuals for reappointment: 
 
Kathleen Gitkin 
Ms. Gitkin will serve a term to begin October 1, 2020 and to expire September 30, 2024. 
 
Darrell Kriplean 
Mr. Kriplean will serve a term to begin October 1, 2020 and to expire September 30, 
2024. 
 
James Mullany 
Mr. Mullany will serve a term to begin October 1, 2020 and to expire September 30, 
2024. 
 
Design Review Committee 
 
I recommend the following individual for appointment: 
 
Patrick Panetta  
Mr. Panetta will replace Wayne Rainey as a representative of the Central City Village 
Planning Committee for a term to expire August 31, 2022.

Library Advisory Board 
 
I recommend the following individual for appointment: 
 
Jane McNamara  
Ms. McNamara is a retired teacher of the Phoenix Union High School District. She fills a 
vacancy for a term to expire August 31, 2023. 
 
Military Veterans Commission 
 
I recommend the following individual for appointment: 
 
Timothy Bourcet 
Mr. Bourcet is the Vice President of Government and Community Affairs at the Greater 
Phoenix Economic Council and a resident of District 4. He fills a vacancy for a term to 
expire August 31, 2023. 
 
Phoenix Sister Cities Commission 
 
I recommend the following individuals for appointment: 
 
Linda Brady 
Ms. Brady is a Senior Government Relations Representative at the Salt River Project. 
She fills a vacancy for a term to expire August 30, 2023. 
 
Jake Heinrich 
Mr. Heinrich is a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He fills a vacancy for a 
term to expire August 30, 2023.  
 
Phoenix Women’s Commission 
 
I recommend the following individuals for appointment: 
 
Yalda Godusi 
Ms. Godusi is an attorney at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP. She fills a vacancy 
for a term to expire June 30, 2023. 
 
Janis Pelletier 
Ms. Pelletier is a licensed realtor. She fills a vacancy for a term to expire June 30, 2023.

Tourism and Hospitality Advisory Board 
 
Councilman Jim Waring recommends the following individual for appointment: 
 
Steve Hart 
Mr. Hart is the General Manager and Area General Manager of JW Marriott Desert 
Ridge Resort and Spa. He replaces Chris Baldwin for a term to expire September 30, 
2021.
