My partner David and I own and reside at the home located at 1316 E. Meadowbook Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85014. I am 
writing to express our excitement and support for the project Jon and Leatrice Kitchell have planned at the old trailer 
park location down the street from us.  
I have attended as many of the community update meetings as possible for the Canal North neighborhood concerning 
this project. Leatrice, Jon, and their team have been very thoughtful and considerate of our neighborhood throughout 
the years-long process of acquiring the property, relocating the tenants, and cleaning up the land of all the trash and 
debris from years of neglect.  
Their plans for a beautiful addition to our community seem like the natural progression and best use of the property. It 
has been a team effort to help clean up and improve the overall safety and aesthetic of our little part of Phoenix, of 
which the Kitchells have led the charge for years. We wholly trust that this project will be another example of their great 
love for the neighborhood and provide a great opportunity for its tenants and the surrounding neighbors to enjoy this 
neighborhood for years to come!
