Dear Melissa,
San Tan FFA is one of the regional districts in the Arizona FFA. It includes Basha, Campo Verde,
Chandler, Desert Ridge, Gilbert, Highland, Mesquite and Queen Creek FFA.
San Tan FFA hosts several Career Development Event (CDE) and Leadership Development Event
(LDE) each year for FFA members to complete. It charges our local chapters annual dues, which
funds go towards the awards and supplies for these contests.
Ginnie Strait is our acting Treasurer. Her duties include creating invoices for dues, collecting
and depositing annual dues payments, and reimbursing teachers for the cost of awards and/or
contest supplies.
