WITHDRAWAL OF ITEM 90 ON THE APRIL 9, 2025, FORMAL AGENDA —
2-164-24-3 - SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CAVE CREEK ROAD AND PEORIA
AVENUE (ORDINANCE G-7371)

liem 90, Rezoning Application Z-164-24-3 is a request to rezone 2.18-acres located on
the southwest corner of Cave Creek Road and Peoria Avenue from C-2 to R-5 to allow
multifamily residential.

To address community concerns, the applicant has agreed to withdraw the item from the
April 9, 2025 agenda to allow the City Council an opportunity to consider modifications to
the proposal, staff recommends withdrawing the case so that it can be advertised for a
public hearing at the May 7, 2025, City Council Formal meeting.
