I will pass your request regarding the improvements to the common area along to my
clients for their consideration when deciding what recreation equipment and surfaces
to install in that area.
As we discussed, my client is happy to talk with area community groups regarding the
proposal as part of its outreach; this is the purpose of the neighborhood meeting we
have scheduled for February 19, 2020, for which you received mailed notice.
I understand you also contacted one of my clients on the project. He attempted to
reach you yesterday without success.

Thank you for the partial update of my questions from our call. I would like to know, when this project
decide on its playground landscape for our community, they’d consider not placing artificial turf or
have the playground built out of ingredients from car tire crumb rubber, which is very toxic for any
human exposure.
Have you obtained a response from the property owner or applicant in regards to furthering their
outreach, choosing our nonprofit foundation as its citywide charity working with school -age young
adults this community?
We are fundraising for our community focusing on building data toward our full mission; I'd like to
know if we'd have their monthly monetary or in-kind support as well.

Thank you for your email and our discussion yesterday regarding the residential
rezoning proposal Z-2-20-7. I contacted my client and they responded that they will
include play equipment in the on-site open space for the families to use. They have
not selected specific equipment as we are early in the process – but they will make the
area an amenity for the neighborhood.
