I wish to speak regarding Heritage at Alta Vista HOA/resident's petition which regards public street 
and sidewalk improvements along a portion of Alta Vista approaching and at 7th Street intersection 
on April 15th. Per direction the first 4 pages of our petition are attached. A second continuation email 
will have the remaining 4 pages. I will be available by phone/web to submit the petition at the Council 
Meeting when called upon.
