| am submitting the following citizen petitions.

Pursuant to chapter 4, Section 22 of the City of Phoenix's Charter | hereby petition and request a roll
call vote that the Phoenix City Council institute the following: Any Phoenix City Council member and/or
their spouses or household members must have the City Clerk publicly post any and all funds
received from unions, nonprofits, and any other potential conflicts. According to the Phoenix City
Charter this must be handled at the next Phoenix City Council Meeting.

Pursuant to chapter 4, Section 22 of the City of Phoenix's Charter | hereby petition and request a roll
call vote that the Phoenix City Council have Phoenix City Council Members publicly disclose the
specific amount of money and/or benefits them, their spouse or family members have received from
unions, nonprofits, or other potential conflicts since 2015. According to the Phoenix City Charter this
must be handled at the next Phoenix City Council Meeting.

Pursuant to chapter 4, Section 22 of the City of Phoenix’s Charter | hereby petition and request a roll
call vote that the Phoenix City Council ensure all council members official conversations and
communications are handled on official and not personal devices. This information should be

preserved. According to the Phoenix City Charter this must be handled at the next Phoenix City
Council Meeting.
