I live immediately adjacent to the proposed cul de sac in the southeast corner of the project and would be among the most impacted by this development. I attended both neighborhood meetings hosted by the developer and appreciate the accommodations that were made based on the feedback provided. I believe the site was designed thoughtfully to accommodate the existing neighborhoods and will be an improvement to the property’s current condition, which has attracted unwanted activity.
