The purpose of this memo is to provide recommendations for appointments to the 
following Boards and Commissions: 
 
Water/Wastewater Rate Advisory Committee 
 
I recommend the following individual for appointment: 
 
Joseph Widoff 
Mr. Widoff is the former Executive Director of the Satellite Broadcasting and 
Communications Association and a resident of District 2. He fills a vacancy on the 
committee for a term to expire May 6, 2023. 
 
I recommend the following individuals for reappointment: 
 
Dave White 
Mr. White will serve as the committee’s Chair and will serve his second term to expire 
May 6, 2023. 
 
Sandra Ferniza  
Ms. Ferniza currently serves as the committee’s Vice Chair and will serve her second 
term to expire May 6, 2023.
