The text amendment application Z-TA-1-19 and ordinance G-66703 is a request to amend Chapter 7, Section 705.2.A.2 and 705.2.A.5 (Location Restrictions) of the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance to allow off-premise advertising within Planned Unit Developments, with a minimum of 15 gross acres and located on publicly owned land used for a school.
