Motion Discussion: Vice-Chairperson Boyd was supportive of the plan, however he raised concerns about some of the proposed changes outlined in the staff report. He was concerned about how middle housing is portrayed as a negative impact and the reference to affordability of historic properties. Motion details: Vice-Chairperson Boyd made a MOTION to approve the PreserveHistoricPHX 2025 update, per the staff recommendation.
