The purpose of this memo is to provide recommendations for appointments to the 
following Boards and Commissions: 
 
Design Review Committee 
 
I recommend the following individual for appointment: 
 
Stephanie Mitrovic 
Ms. Mitrovic is a Principal and Science and Technology Studio Leader at SmithGroup 
and a resident of District 3. She fills a Design Professionals vacancy for a term to expire 
November 4, 2022.  
 
Development Advisory Board  
 
I recommend the following individuals for appointment: 
 
Aaron Hillman 
Mr. Hillman is a Landscape Architect at Collaborative V Design Studio and a resident of 
District 6. He replaces Patrick Panetta in the Design Professionals category for a term 
to expire July 1, 2023.  
 
Aparna Mohla 
Ms. Mohla is the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at GivePower and a resident 
of District 6. She fills a Neighborhood Interest vacancy for a term to expire November 4, 
2023. 
 
I recommend the following individuals for reappointment: 
 
Peter Fischer 
Mr. Fischer is serving his second term to expire July 1, 2021.

Nguyen Lam 
Mr. Lam is serving his second term to expire February 15, 2023.  
 
Cassandra Lemon 
Ms. Lemon is serving her second term to expire July 1, 2023.  
 
Historic Preservation Commission 
 
I recommend the following individuals for reappointment: 
 
Dan Klocke 
Mr. Klocke is serving his second term to expire December 14, 2022. 
 
Greta Rayle 
Ms. Rayle is serving her first full term to expire July 6, 2023.  
 
Mayor’s Commission on Disability Issues 
 
I recommend the following individual for appointment: 
 
Meaghan Kramer 
Ms. Kramer is an attorney at the Arizona Center for Disability Law and a resident of 
District 4. She fills a vacancy for a term to expire October 31, 2023. 
 
Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board 
 
I recommend the following individuals for appointment: 
 
Charlene Reynolds 
Ms. Reynolds will serve as the Interim Director of the Aviation Department and will 
replace Jim Bennett in the ex-officio seat.  
 
Seth Scott 
Mr. Scott is the Chief of Staff for Congressman Greg Stanton and a resident of  
District 6. He replaces Leezie Kim for a term to expire November 4, 2024.

Phoenix Youth and Education Commission  
 
I recommend the following individuals for appointment: 
 
Zane Balian 
Mr. Balian is a student at BASIS Phoenix and a resident of District 2. He will serve as a 
Youth representative for a term to expire August 31, 2021.  
 
Jennifer Cruz 
Dr. Cruz is the Chief Academic Officer at Pendergast Elementary School District and a 
resident of District 5. She fills a vacancy for a term to expire August 31, 2021.  
 
Arleen Kennedy 
Dr. Kennedy is the Superintendent of the Balsz School District and a resident of  
District 8. She fills a vacancy for a term to expire August 31, 2021. 
 
Joe Roselle 
Mr. Roselle is the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Laveen School District. 
He fills a vacancy for a term to expire August 31, 2021.  
 
Ryan Young  
Mr. Young is a student at Phoenix College and a resident of District 8. He will serve as a 
Youth representative for a term to expire August 31, 2021.
