Due to previous experience with a large construction project adjacent to our property the Lofts at Fillmore 
HOA has the following concerns and requests: 
Due to the historic nature of the building we ask that the developer provide a structural analysis of
adjacent structures prior to construction start. This should provide a baseline for any possible future 
damage claims by property owners or the HOA. 
Due to a recent construction accident and loss of life incident which involved damage to our property
the HOA has concerns about any construction equipment overhead of our property or owners. 
Due to residents sound and debris complaints/damage, we request the following. Either zero overnight
pour permits on the parking section of the development or maintain less than 55db at our 
residential structures south side during the night pours. Noise mitigation for all work on the projects 
northside. Debris and fall mitigation for all work on the projects northside.   
Due to the modified lane configuration on 2nd avenue. Evaluation of any turn conflicts and potential
mitigation by improved vehicular alley access to our property may be necessary.  
Due to the loss of southern exposure and the developer's request to increase the building height above
zoning limits. A reasonable package for interior landscape replacement to cover the HOA's likely tree 
and shrub loss.
