My opposition is based on the process that is being implemented to bring this text amendment forward. Text amendments that have city‐wide effect should have input from all stakeholders from the beginning of the process, not after the details of the TA are being presented to Village Committees and to this tribunal. I respectfully request that this TA be tabled and that you call for the convening of a task force of stakeholders, led by a Zoning Division staff person, to bring forward a TA that encompasses all provisions of the medical marijuana ordinance that could benefit from updating at this time.
