At the request of the applicant, staff recommends that this case be continued to the December 3, 2025, City Council Formal Meeting. Based on our recent discussions, it has become clear that additional time is necessary for the parties to jointly address the final items still under review. As such, we respectfully request this continuance be granted. We look forward to continuing our collaborative efforts with the City.
